NATIONAL FESTIVAL OF SLEEP DAY!

It’s cold and dreary, the days are short, and we’re staring down the barrel of 2-1/2 more months of winter.

Those who have the dough have already fled to warmer climes, but here we are, rubbing a peephole in the thick frost on the window only to see a deep blanket of powdery rime with a howling stiletto wind blowing it into giant, menacing drifts.

Suddenly the distance from your front door to rest of the world is three times longer, your winter boots twice as heavy. Fear not, there’s a place for you today, a sweet haven where it’s warm and comfy, and filled with sweet dreams. Your bed.

Unplug that alarm clock and dive back in, it’s National Festival of Sleep Day. It’s the patriotic thing to do.
