When the phone rings at 2 in the morning, either somebody died, or it’s you, asking “are you awake?” Your funky wardrobe is kindly called eclectic, but there’s no reasonable explanation for your hair.
Children flock to you like the Pied Piper and grandmothers love you for who you are, so you must be doing something right.
Somebody’s got to be the one who collects old Volkswagen hubcaps and Flintstones wristwatches. Why not you? Always remember Life Explained, Part 319: “When the going gets strange, the strange don’t notice.” You are not wrong, and not alone.
